In der Regel treffen wir uns am Veranstaltungsort, wenn du direkt mit dem Auto fährst.
Falls du nicht mit dem Auto anreist, solltest du spätestens am 25. Januar 2025 um 12 Uhr mittags in Berlin ankommen. Wir helfen dabei, eine Mitfahrgelegenheit zu organisieren, um gemeinsam zum Veranstaltungsort zu fahren. Die Fahrt dauert etwa 2,5 Stunden von Berlin aus.

Dhanya ist eine engagierte Isha Hatha Yoga Lehrerin und ganzheitliche Ernährungsberaterin mit sechs Jahren Erfahrung im Unterrichten von Yoga und Ernährung. Sie arbeitet sowohl in ihrem Studio in Berlin als auch online und teilt leidenschaftlich gerne ihr Wissen und ihre transformierenden Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Yoga und Ernährung. Ihre Mission ist es, das Leben anderer zu bereichern, indem sie Werkzeuge und Einsichten für einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz zur Gesundheit anbietet, angetrieben von ihrem tiefen Engagement, das Wohlbefinden anderer zu fördern.
Elias
Elias kam vor sechs Jahren mit Isha Yoga in Kontakt, nachdem er eine lange Phase innerer Konflikte und Unruhe durchlebt hatte. Seitdem praktiziert er täglich Isha Yoga und hat ein neues Maß an Freiheit und Balance erfahren. Im Jahr 2022 absolvierte er die Isha Hatha Yoga Lehrer-Ausbildung (1750 Stunden), weil er dazu beitragen möchte, dass mehr Menschen die transformierende Kraft des klassischen Hatha Yoga erfahren können.
