What is yoga? When you utter the word yoga, everyone has a notion of what it could be or should be. In this one-hour free introduction to Classical (Isha) Hatha Yoga, you will learn what yoga can do for you at different levels. We will also learn a simple and effective hatha yoga practice that you can easily integrate into your daily life. Finally we will go through a powerful meditation guided by Sadhguru.
Please attend the session with light stomach condition, which means 1.5 hours after the meal.
The introduction session will take place on zoom. The link will be communicated a few days prior to the event.
