Rejuvenating Eye Care workshop offers a natural way to improve vision-related issues, relieving strain and preventing further deterioration.
Eye care practices offer are a natural way to improve vision related issues which many a times stem from routine patterns of sitting in front of computers, televisions, phones etc.

In order to achieve its optimal effect, eye care practices should be done in combination with one of the following Isha Hatha Yoga practices:
Isha Upa-yoga / Angamardana / Surya Shakti / Surya Kriya / Yogasanas
