Take a long weekend free and dedicate it just to your own well-being. Learn the Power Yoga Angamardana that can invigorate your body and reach physical and mental peak. Start every day with Guru Pooja, followed by morning Sadhana with the support of an Isha Hatha yoga teacher. Find out the secrets and tricks to make yummy smoothies, a simple and efficient way to enhance your nutrition and vitality.

Expect an intensive long weekend with a lot of yoga, meditation, time in nature, laughter with liked-minded people and delicious food with positive prana that make you light and energetic throughout the day.

Note:

No previous Isha Yoga or Yoga experience (at all) required. But please note that Angamardana is a quite dynamic process, participants should be at least in normal healthy condition.
