Isha Angamardana is a fitness system rooted in yoga that strengthens your body and helps you achieve peak physical and mental health! The practice revitalises your entire being, from the muscles to the circulatory system, from the skeletal structure to the nervous system and the basic energy system.
Isha Angamardana does not require any fitness equipment; it is all about body and floor exercises that can be practised anywhere, even when travelling.

In the Angamardana Light module we will learn the first part of Angamardana - the standing postures. With just a short daily practice of 10-15 minutes, you can gain noticeably more energy for the whole day.
You can ‘upgrade’ to a regular Angamardana workshop later and simply pay the difference in price.

Important note:
Please keep the empty stomach condition, i.e. 4 hours after a main meal, 2.5 hours after a snack and 1.5 hours after juices.
