-
The weekend will be led by Gian Randev, an American instructor deeply committed to both practicing and teaching Kundalini yoga. Gian is a devoted follower of Yogi Bhajan, renowned for introducing Kundalini yoga from India to the Western world. He is also a direct disciple of Tej Khaur Khalsa. Gian brings a wealth of experience and authenticity to the practice, emphasizing not only the physical aspects but also how individuals in today’s fast-paced world can lead fulfilling lives even amidst the challenges of daily stress.
-
We are delighted to host Gian Randev (Ryan) from Los Angeles, who presents spirituality authentically yet in a way that is easily accessible to people in the modern era.
-
Under his guidance, the practices are conducted in clear and understandable (basic) English, which Hungarian Kundalini instructors translate to Hungarian.
